WHAT WE HAVE DONE IN 2023 THANKS TO YOUR PRAYERS AND SUPPORT:
CAYM (prounounced "came") is a small ministry. Julie doesn't take funds for herself, but does everything for free at this point. Praise God for her husband, Ron's, job that supports them! CAYM has 13 monthly donors (ranging from $10 to $250); 2 regular periodic donors; and various donors who give for crusades or needs as they arise. What a blessing each one is! We are believing for others to join the call so that together we can do so much more. The harvest is plentiful! Thanks to your prayers and support:
- Over 11,000 people in Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda, Africa discovered the forgiveness and love of Jesus in 2023 during our 5 crusades (3 trips) and other evangelism outreaches. Those new believers are being discipled by the local pastors and are sharing the Great News with others!
- We were able to buy 800 Swahili Bibles that were given to new believers during the two crusades in Kachibora and Kabichibichi, Kenya! ($8,000.00)
- We taught almost 2,000 pastors, leaders and new believers how to share Jesus as a lifestyle in our "Be Jesus Evangelism Training," and we taught on forgiveness, hearing God's voice and more!
- Miraculously, we continue to give monthly support to several humble but powerful ministries and pastors in Kenya and Uganda, and they are preaching the Gospel and leading many to Jesus! ($850 monthly)
- We continue to cover operating costs for Richly Blessed Microlending ($210), the lending organization we began several years ago to give people in Kenya loans to start small businesses such as selling clothes, raising chickens, running transportation services, metal door building and others. (We are believing for more working capital for more loans that will be paid back and then used for another person!)
- Pastor Ivan was able to take Julie's "Discover God's Love Uganda" video campaign into a different region each month, seeing 70 to 100 people become born again during each 3-day event. Many were physically healed and set free as well. Only God! (And Julie didn't have to deal with jet lag!) Praise God! ($1,000+ each month)
