Healed Asthma at CVS ~ by Julie Earl

I was heading home from sharing at a local church when I had the thought to swing into the CVS I was passing. I knew it was a prompting from the Lord, so I quickly turned the car around. As I pulled into the parking lot, God highlighted a young woman coming out of the store. The words came to mind: Gentle dove/Tender flower. I didn't know what they meant, but I knew He would show me. I was able to catch her before she left, so she rolled down her window.

"Hi! God just told me to come to CVS and He highlighted you with His love." I expressed some other words of love and affirmation. "The words He gave me for you were gentle dove/tender flower."

Before I could explain the words, she said, "Wow, that is amazing," with a huge smile and excitement. "I am actually here because I am having an asthma attack and can't breathe well."

"I have seen a number of healings in my body lately. Can I pray for you?"

"Yes, please!"

Jesus said we have authority over mountains, oceans, sickness and disease, so I took authority over her airways and told them what to do in Jesus' name. I commanded the bronchial tubes to open and the stress and pain to go. When I finished she said, "I have been in pain all day and the pain is gone!" We talked for a few minutes and she told me she was a Christian college student, and that she was in town for a friend's wedding. Then she interrupted herself to say, "I can breathe! Oh, my goodness, I can breathe!" Since I am just on the front end of finally getting healing breakthrough for me, I was probably more thrilled than she was that I am finally getting past the lies of the enemy to see others healed as well! We were both rejoicing!

As we continued to talk, I opened my mouth and shared what I felt the meaning for the two words were and what I saw God doing in her life. She was incredibly blessed because many of the things I shared were in response to the prayers she had been praying just this week! Isn't God amazing, and how He loves this incredible woman. She is going to be used powerfully by God! She said she has wanted to do what I was doing, but had been scared, so I gave her one of my books No More No, to help her in her journey of saying "yes" to God - and I know she will!
